Located in Mobile Alabama, Springhill Medical Center was looking for a solution to improve point-of-service payment processing as well as an online solution for patients to be able to pay their bills. HealthPay24 was selected and implemented in approximately 12 weeks over a time period that included 3 major holidays. Through the dedicated support from the Springhill project manager, all employees were trained and every point-of-service configured for processing payments during the week of go-live.
HealthPay24 was quickly and easily embraced by all users because of the simplicity and ease of use. In addition, the HealthPay24 Online Payment Center was quickly deployed and is processing patient payments for Springhill.
