HARRISBURG, PA, March 30, 2017 — Hunt Regional Healthcare, has grown to offer a wide array of services using state-of-the-art technology at multiple locations throughout Northeast Texas, including facilities in Commerce, Emory, Rockwall, Royse City, and Quinlan. These facilities serve a large, diverse population with a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services.   Hunt Regional Healthcare recently deployed HealthPay24 to help manage the patient financial experience.  Hunt Regional Healthcare deployment of HealthPay24 throughout its enterprise providing patients and employees the ability to have a positive financial engagement at any possible touch-point, while offering multiple payment options.

According to Dan Fuhrmann, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, “HealthPay24’s Patient Engagement Solutions are seamlessly integrated with the Advisory Board’s PayNav patient responsibility estimation tool and Meditech hospital information system, providing a robust Healthcare Financial Engagement Solution throughout the enterprise.  Hunt Regional Healthcare’s staff will now have the ability to collect on estimated amounts, immediately review all patients’ prior balances, and discuss all possible re-payment options within a single integrated solution.”

Hunt Regional Healthcare will also deploy HelathPay24’s Patient Financial Engagement Portal to allow patients to manage their financial responsibilities online.  The implementation of an extremely easy-to-use front end and online solution was a key point in their decision to select HealthPay24.

Overall, Hunt Regional Healthcare believes that HealthPay24 will focus its ability to proactively manage patient financial responsibility from pre-service to post-service, in the most secure and friendly manner leading to a dramatic increase in resolving patient accounts and improvements in patient satisfaction.
